Notary Public

A Notary Public is a public official appointed by the State who provides notarial services in witnessing the signing and execution of important documents and/or certifying true copies of the same. A Notary Public is required to verify the identity of the signer(s), their willingness to sign the documents and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

Our firm’s notarial services are presently only available in Trinidad and Tobago. Our Notary is available to attend upon ships whether at berth or anchorage and provide notarial services to crewmen and other officers aboard as may be required.
